Alan Bass, CPA began his career in finance and real estate almost 20 years ago, and has been with The Prime Group for 2+ years acting as the Manager of Development and Leasing. In his role he manages the design, leasing and construction of all new construction projects. In addition to his time with Prime he has also owned and built a multi million dollar luxury single family spec home building company, designing and building homes that set sales price records throughout Calgary. His CPA designation, Economics degree along with years of real estate development experience allow him to maximize project values for Prime and its investors, by designing efficient high quality commercial properties with quality tenants. He loves what he does and it shows!
